The terms under which you use AI Workflow MCP's MCP server, REST API, and website.
Agreement
By calling https://mcp.aiworkflowmcp.com/mcp, https://api.aiworkflowmcp.com, or using the aiworkflowmcp CLI, you agree to these terms. AI Workflow MCP is operated by the AWP team. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What you can do
Free tier (no key required): unlimited basic queries (get_model_pricing, get_tool_metadata, compare_models, list_skills, search_tutorials). Paid tiers (W3+) metered per Stripe with API keys. You may cache responses. You may use returned typed facts (model pricing, tool metadata, tutorial URLs) in commercial products without attribution, though linking back to aiworkflowmcp.com is appreciated.
What you can't do
Don't redistribute the MCP server as your own service. Don't try to extract our entire typed dataset wholesale. Don't run automated scrapers above 1 RPS without writing to [email protected] first. Don't share API keys across organizations — each org gets its own.
Data accuracy
We pull facts from official vendor sources (Anthropic / OpenAI / Google / Cursor docs and APIs) on a weekly-or-better cadence. Every response embeds _meta.source and _meta.last_synced_at so you can verify. We do our best to be fresh and correct but make no warranty — always cross-check critical pricing decisions against the vendor's own page.
Service availability
We aim for 99% monthly uptime in W2. Once we offer paid tiers (W3+) we'll publish a formal SLA. The service is provided "as is" — we do not warrant fitness for any particular purpose.
Termination
You may stop using the service any time. We may revoke API keys that abuse rate limits, attempt extraction, or violate applicable law, with reasonable notice.
Liability
Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (or USD 0 for free-tier users). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; the page shows the last-modified date. Material changes will be announced via the email associated with your account (when paid tiers launch) at least 14 days before they take effect.
